Institute Cargo Clauses (A) : Maximum risk coverage and maximum premium. 
Institute Cargo Clauses (B) : A more restrictive coverage and you should expect to pay a moderate premium because perhaps you are only requesting the more valuable items in your cargo to be covered or only partial cargo coverage.  
Institute Cargo Clauses (C) : Maximum risk coverage and maximum premium.

What is all Risk Coverage? 

যে ডকুমেন্ট যা ইন্স্যুরেন্সকারির (বেনিফিসিয়ারি) চাহিদা অনুযায়ী পণ্য বা সেবা সামগ্রী পরিবহনের রিস্ক ম্যানেজ/কাভার দেয়ার জন্য ইনস্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি কতৃক ইস্যু করে সেটিই ইন্স্যরেন্স ডকুমেন্ট।
বাংলাদেশে আমদানি এলসি খোলার পুর্বশর্ত ইন্সুরেস করা। স্পেশাল কেসে যদি  INCOTERM CIF/CIP ভিত্তিতে আমদানি হয়, সেক্ষত্রে ভিন্নতা হতে পারে, তবে শর্ত থাকে যে CIF/CIP ভিত্তিতে আমদানি করতে বাণিজ্য মন্ত্রানালয়ের পুর্বানুমতি বাধ্যতামূলক।

আসলে বাস্তবিক পক্ষে এমন কোন ইনস্যুরেন্সই নেই, যারা সকল রিস্ক কাভারেজ দিয়ে থাকে। এটা আসলে সম্ভবও নয়। তবে আমরা এলসি কাভার নোট নেয়ার সময় বলে থাকি অল রিস্ক কাভার ইনস্যুরেন্স করে দিবেন। যেটা আসলে ১০০% সঠিক নয়। চলুন জেনে নেই;

কি কি রিস্ক অল রিস্ক কাভারেজে কাভার করে নাঃ

An insurance policy which covers all risk except for the following ones. 

1. Willful misconduct. (ইচ্ছাকৃত অসদাচরণ)
2. Ordinary wear and tear. (ব্যবহারের জনিত ক্ষতি) 
3. Damage caused by insufficiency of packing. (অপ্রতুল মোড়ক ব্যাবহার)
4. Damage caused by inherent vice. (বদ মেজাজ/মদ্যপ/অসৎ অভ্যাস) 
5. Damage caused by the financial default of shipper. (রপ্তানিকারক দেওলিয়া হয়ে গেলে)
6. Damage caused by the delay. 
7. Damage caused by keeping the weapon.
8. Damage caused by carrying of war materials.
9. Misconduct of assured. 
10. Riot, civil commotion, strikes. 
11. Damage caused by radioactivity.           
12. The risk covered under Institute Cargo Clause. 
13. Institute Cargo Clause (C): 
14. Accident to the conveyance. 
15. The collision of the vessel. 
16. Discharge of cargo at the port of distress. 
17. Loss of jettison.

21. Washing overboard. 
22. Entry of water into the vessel, hold, conveyance, container. 
23. Total loss of any packages lost overboard or dropped during loading and unloading of goods.

25. All risk of physical loss or damage except for instance wars and strikes. 
26. The excluded risks can be covered by institute war clauses and institute strikes clauses. 
27. The Institute war clauses: War/warllike operations/capture/seizure/revolution. 
28. The risk premium is high.
29. The Institute strike Clause: Damage by the action of strike/civil commotion/locked out/political terrorism.
